Purchase Terms
1. Definition
1.1. The sale of "Prada" brand products (hereinafter referred to as "the Products") in Japan through the website https://www.pradastore.jp (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") is subject to the following purchase terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Purchase Terms," including any changes made from time to time).
1.2. This product is sold directly by Prada Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Prada"). Prada is a company established under Japanese law, with its registered office located at 9-7-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
1.3. The sale of this product through this site is limited to consumers (hereinafter referred to as "customers," meaning natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to business, commerce, entrepreneurship, craftsmanship, or professional activities). Customers must be adults and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. If a minor wishes to place an order, consent and agreement to these purchase terms must be obtained from a parent or other legal representative.
1.4. The resale or transfer of this product purchased on this site for commercial or professional purposes is explicitly prohibited.
1.5. The product available for sale on this site can only be purchased if it is to be delivered to a real address in Japan (excluding P.O. boxes, general delivery mail, and freight forwarder addresses).
1.6. The language used to conclude sales contracts through this site will be either English or Japanese. Both the English and Japanese versions of the sales contract are equally valid; however, in the event of any discrepancies, the Japanese version shall take precedence.
1.7. These Purchase Terms are posted on this site for your reference and record-keeping purposes.
1.8. The purchase of this product is subject only to the purchase terms published on this site and in effect at the time of purchase.
1.9. Prada may modify and/or replace these Terms of Purchase at any time.
1.10. Any amendments and/or replacements to these purchase terms shall only be valid for purchases of the product made after the date on which the amended or new purchase terms are published and indicated to be effective.
1.11. If Prada modifies and/or replaces these purchase terms, the previous purchase terms will not apply to purchases made after the effective date of the modified or replaced purchase terms.
1.12. Unless otherwise defined, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below in this purchase agreement.
a) The "purchase button" has the meaning defined in Article 3.8.
b) The term "confirmation email" has the meaning set forth in Article 4.4.
c) "Consent" has the meaning set forth in Article 10.3.
d) "Customer" has the meaning set forth in Article 1.3.
e) “Sale items” have the meaning set out in Section 3.15.
f) "My Character Merchandise (Hardware)" has the meaning set forth in Article 3.15.
g) "Regular products" refers to this product excluding pre-order items, My Character products, or sale items.
h) "My Character Merchandise" has the meaning set forth in Article 3.15.
i) “Pre-order item” has the meaning set forth in Article 3.15.
j) "Prada" has the meaning set forth in Article 1.2.
k) "This product" has the meaning set forth in Article 1.1.
l) The term "order" has the meaning defined in Article 2.2.
m) "My Character Products (Soft)" refers to My Character Products other than My Character Products (Hard).
n) “Shopping bag” has the meaning set out in Article 3.3.
o) These Terms of Purchase have the meanings set forth in Article 1.1.
p) "This site" has the meaning set forth in Article 1.1.
2. Product Inventory
2.1. The customer understands that there is a limit to the quantity of this product and agrees that Prada needs to confirm the stock of this product at the time of order.
2.2. There may be cases where certain products are out of stock. In such cases, Prada will promptly notify the customer via email that their order (hereinafter referred to as "the Order") has been canceled, within the deadline specified below in any case. All customer orders are subject to Prada's acceptance in accordance with Article 4. Prada makes no guarantees regarding the availability of the products.
If some of the items you ordered are out of stock,
(i) If you choose to receive the available products in order when ordering multiple items (in this case, we will ship each item individually as they are ready for shipment), Prada will notify you of the unavailable products and will accept your order for the available products.
(ii) If you choose to receive all your orders at once when placing your order (in this case, all products will be ready for shipment).
The product will be shipped at that time. (However, this is subject to the conditions set forth in Article 6.7.) Alternatively, if the customer requests to pick up the specified product at the store designated by Prada (subject to the conditions set forth in Article 6.15), Prada will ask the customer whether to accept the order for the product that Prada has in stock or to cancel the order. If Prada does not receive a response from the customer within 72 hours, the order will be canceled.
Prada may change the sale price of this product offered on this site at any time without prior notice.
3. Purchase Procedure
3.1. The products available for sale on this site can be viewed through a dedicated link that displays the details of the product (images, unit price, color, size (if applicable), and for out-of-stock pre-order items or my character products (hard), the scheduled delivery date of the product (subject to the conditions set forth in Article 6.6)).
3.2. Customers may purchase one or more of the products (up to a maximum of 4 items per product) unless otherwise specified. Prada may change this limit at its discretion at any time.
3.3. The product you have selected for purchase will be placed in your "Shopping Bag" section on this site (hereinafter referred to as "Shopping Bag"). Items placed in your Shopping Bag are not reserved for you and may be purchased by other customers.
3.4. The details of this product (dimensions or size, if applicable) and the image of this product will be displayed in your shopping bag.
3.5. Prada strives to take reasonable measures to accurately reflect the image of the actual product in the photos displayed on this site; however, there may be slight discrepancies due to the technical characteristics and color resolution of the customer's device. Prada shall not be liable for any deficiencies in the images of the product displayed on this site. The dimensions of the product are approximate, and the color, fabric, and design of the product delivered to the customer may differ slightly from those displayed.
The total amount for the product selected by the customer and the order can be viewed on the shopping bag page.
3.7. Before confirming your order, you must check that the contents of your shopping bag are accurate and complete the order form in accordance with the instructions on this site.
3.8. The order process is completed when you click the relevant final order confirmation button (hereinafter referred to as the "purchase button"). This confirms your order and sends it to Prada.
3.9. Customers cannot change their order details after clicking the purchase button, except in cases where the order is for a non-returnable My Character product or a pre-order product. Before Prada sends the confirmation email described in Article 4.4, customers may contact Prada's client service.client.service.jp@pradastore.jpYou can cancel your order by contacting us.
3.10. Customers must read this purchase agreement before clicking the purchase button and confirm their acceptance. It is recommended to save or print this purchase agreement at the end of the ordering process for future reference if needed.
3.11. If you do not complete the order process, your order will not be sent to Prada and will not be processed.
3.12. You agree and understand that Prada will collect, use, store, and process your personal information in accordance with Prada's Privacy Policy on this site. For details on how Prada uses cookies, the types of information Prada collects, how Prada uses your personal information and the purposes for which it is used, as well as cases in which Prada may disclose information, please refer to Prada's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy on this site.
3.13. Customers who have registered an account on this site can log in to their account and access the "Order History" page to check their orders.
Customers must ensure that the data they have entered on this site or provided to Prada in connection with their purchase is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3.15. Customers can pre-order a series of the products that have not yet been released or distributed and are not available in the market on this site. These products (hereinafter referred to as "pre-order products") are clearly identified and displayed on this site with the wording "pre-order" or "pre-order products."
Customers can also order a series of personalized products on this site as described on the site. These products (hereinafter referred to as "My Character Products") are clearly identified and displayed on this site with the wording "My Character Products" or "Prada My Character." Upon request from the customer, Prada may apply embossing or other permanent treatments to certain My Character Products (hereinafter referred to as "My Character Products (Hard)").
Customers can order a series of products at discounted prices on this site. These products (hereinafter referred to as "sale products") are clearly identified and displayed on this site with the wording "sale products."
3.16. Regarding pre-order products, my character products, and sale products, unless otherwise specified in this purchase agreement, all provisions of this purchase agreement shall apply to the sale of pre-order products, my character products, and sale products on this site.
4. Conclusion of the contract
4.1. All information on this site is an invitation to apply and is not an offer by Prada. You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the goods in accordance with these purchase terms. All submitted orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Prada.
4.2. Your order will only be processed by Prada if the order procedure is completed on this site without any reported errors.
4.3. Prada will send an email to confirm that your order has been received after you place your order. This email serves to confirm the receipt of your order and does not mean that Prada has accepted your order.
4.4. The contract between Prada and the customer is concluded at the time Prada sends an email notifying the customer of the completion of the shipment of the ordered products (hereinafter referred to as the "Confirmation Email"). This confirms Prada's acceptance of the order. The Confirmation Email will include the order number. In the case of partial acceptance due to the unavailability of some of the ordered products, the contract will only be concluded for the products that have been accepted.
4.5. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided on the order form.
4.6. Prada may refuse orders at its discretion without any liability to the customer, regardless of the reason. For example, Prada may not accept orders in situations such as the following.
a) If all or part of the stock of this product included in your order is unavailable (including both permanently and temporarily out of stock, except for pre-order items and my character products).
b) If there is a dispute between Prada and the customer in relation to a past order
c) If the customer has previously violated these Terms of Purchase or has failed to make payments under these Terms of Purchase.
d) If Prada has reason to suspect that the customer is purchasing this product in violation of these purchase terms (for example, for resale or commercial use)
e) If the customer is involved in or suspected of being involved in illegal or fraudulent activities.
f) If there are reasons to suspect that the data provided by the customer is inaccurate or false.
g) If there is an error in the price of the product you ordered (including cases where there was an error in the price displayed on this site) or if it was displayed incorrectly.
h) If the customer's payment method is rejected
i) If a customer orders a quantity of this product that exceeds the quantity limit set by Prada
j) If shipping restrictions apply to this product
k) If Prada is unable to process your order
l) If the shipping address provided by the customer is a corporate or individual freight forward service address.
4.7. The decision by Prada to accept or cancel your order is final and binding. Prada is not obligated to provide a reason for the rejection of your order.
4.8. Prada will notify the customer within 5 business days from the order acceptance date if it does not accept the order. If Prada does not accept the order, no contract will be formed between Prada and the customer.
5. Price and Payment Methods
5.1. Prices on this website are displayed in Japanese Yen.
5.2. Prada will obtain your consent before imposing any additional charges.
5.3. Before confirming your order by clicking the purchase button, you can check the total amount displayed in the shopping bag. This amount will be reflected in the payment method you selected after you receive the confirmation email notifying you of the acceptance of your order from Prada.
5.4. Prada reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
5.5. Payments will only be accepted via credit card, cash on delivery, or other payment methods specified on this site.
5.6. Regarding payment by credit card, you confirm and guarantee that you are the owner of the credit card used for the purchase, or that you have the authority to use the said credit card, and that the card information entered at the time of purchase (including but not limited to the credit card number, expiration date, and security code, if applicable) is correct.
5.7. Prada shall not be responsible for whether the customer is the owner of the credit card provided for payment or is authorized to use the credit card, nor for the accuracy of the card information entered at the time of purchase, and shall have no obligation to verify such information.
5.8. The product price will be displayed in the shopping bag before you click the purchase button, but you will not be charged that amount at the time of order submission. You will be charged only after (a) your credit card data has been verified, (b) you have received authorization for the charge from the issuing company of the credit card you used, and (c) Prada has confirmed the availability of the product (if you ordered multiple items and chose to receive them sequentially from the available stock, confirmation that at least one item is ready for shipment) and, in any case, only after the order processing is ready.
5.9. Notwithstanding the above, for pre-order products or My Character (hard) product orders, the amount will be charged in advance at the time the customer receives a confirmation email from Prada acknowledging the order, even if there is no stock of the relevant pre-order product at that time.
5.10. The customer shall confirm and guarantee that they are the owner of the account used for the purchase and have the authority to use that account when making payments by other payment methods (other than credit card or cash on delivery). Prada shall not be liable for any responsibility regarding whether the customer is the owner of the account or has the authority to use the account, nor shall it have any obligation to verify this.
All credit card holders and payment account holders are subject to authentication and approval by the card issuer or payment method provider (including the delivery company responsible for payment if you choose cash on delivery; hereinafter referred to similarly in these terms). Prada will not accept your order if your card issuer or payment method provider refuses payment, and will not be responsible for delays or inability to deliver. Prada is not obligated to inform you of the reasons for the payment refusal by the card issuer or payment method provider.
5.12. Prada shall not be responsible for any fees or other amounts charged by the card issuer, bank, or payment method provider as a result of the payment made by the customer using their credit card or other payment methods to process the customer's order.
5.13. If your credit card or payment method is not in the currency displayed for your purchase on this site, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. This final price is calculated (and additional fees may be applied) by your card issuer, bank, or payment method provider. Prada is not responsible for any costs, expenses, fees, or other liabilities incurred by you due to your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a currency different from the currency displayed for your purchase on this site.
If the customer chooses a payment method other than cash on delivery for the payment of the specified amount, Prada will only ship the product after receiving the specified amount that the customer is required to pay.
5.15. Regardless of the reason, if we are unable to charge the specified amount to the customer, the order process will be automatically terminated, and the order will be canceled. Prada will notify the customer accordingly.
Prada strives to ensure that all price information on this site is accurate; however, errors (such as typographical errors or similar mistakes) may occasionally occur, and there may be inaccuracies in the price of this product. If the accurate price of this product differs from the price on this site, Prada will contact the customer, cancel the order, and inquire whether the customer wishes to place a new order at the correct price, and/or will not accept the customer's order. Prada is not obligated to accept the order if the price of this product, which is part of the order, was inaccurate due to an error.
6. Product Delivery
6.1. Unless otherwise specified below, this product will be delivered to the address specified by you at the time of your order. A signature will be required upon delivery of this product. Prada and external delivery service providers are not responsible for verifying the identity of the signer at the time of delivery.
In the case of orders that include pre-order items and/or my character items, they will be shipped sequentially from the products that are ready for shipment. For orders that do not include pre-order items and/or my character items, you can choose between individual shipping or bulk shipping.
6.3. Prada does not process or deliver orders addressed to P.O. Boxes and does not accept orders from customers suspected of not being natural persons (for example, companies or other legal entities).
6.4. The product available for sale on this site can only be purchased at the address in the area specified in Section 1.5 above and will only be delivered to that address. Orders with a delivery address outside of this area will be automatically rejected by Prada.
6.5. Prada shall not be responsible for any delays or inability to deliver the product if the delivery address provided by the customer in the order form is inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete.
6.6. Prada will make efforts to deliver the purchased product within 5 business days from the day after the order is accepted by Prada, or in the case of pre-order products or My Character products (hard), including orders that contain pre-order products and/or My Character products (hard), around the estimated delivery date displayed on the product page and/or shopping bag for those pre-order products and/or My Character products (hard). However, Prada or external delivery service providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses incurred or borne by the customer as a result of delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
6.7. Notwithstanding Section 6.6, in the case of orders for regular products, My Character products (software), or sale items only, customers may choose to receive (i) the products in the order they are ready for shipment, or (ii) to receive the entire order at once at the time of ordering.
6.8. The delivery date provided by Prada is only an estimate, and Prada shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability of stock for your order or failure to deliver by that date. Similarly, a delay in delivery does not exempt the customer from the obligation to receive the package and pay for the order.
If Prada does not deliver the product within the period specified above, you may request Prada to provide a revised delivery date for the product to be delivered to you.
6.10. Both Prada and the customer may immediately cancel the order if the ordered product is not delivered by the revised delivery date provided by Prada. Prada shall promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled order to the customer.
6.11. The customer's remedy for the inability to deliver the order is limited to canceling or rescinding the order and receiving a full refund of the amount paid to Prada for that order.
6.12. Prada may divide your order into multiple shipments based on the availability of this product. In such cases, Prada will notify you via email.
6.13. You will receive an email containing the tracking code (inquiry number) for the product and a link to check the delivery status of the product (provided that the delivery status information is supplied to Prada by an external courier service).

6.15. Except in the case where the payment method selected is cash on delivery, the customer may request to pick up the product at a designated store specified by Prada instead of having it delivered. The customer can choose the pickup store at the time of purchase. If the customer does not pick up the product within 30 days (7 days for sale items) after Prada sends a confirmation email stating that the product is available for pickup, Prada may cancel the order. In that case, the customer will receive a cancellation notice, and Prada will promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled order to the customer.
For orders delivered to the customer's address, the customer assumes the risk of loss or damage to the product from the time of delivery in accordance with Section 6.1. For orders delivered to the store in accordance with Section 6.14, the risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer at the time the customer receives the product.
6.17. If the customer suffers damage before the delivery in accordance with Article 6.1 or the store pickup in accordance with Article 6.14 (if applicable), Prada shall refund the amount paid by the customer.
7. Product compatibility
7.1. Upon receiving the goods, customers should check the packaging to ensure it is properly packed and not torn or wet. Additionally, please verify that the delivered items match your order and that there are no discrepancies regarding product defects or other inconsistencies with the descriptions on this site.
7.2. If there is a defect in the product ordered through this site (excluding perfumes and swimwear), you can request a refund or exchange within 12 months from the delivery date of the product, or request repair of the product within 2 years from the delivery date (at Prada's discretion). As long as you follow the procedures based on the purchase terms, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
7.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prada disclaims and excludes all conditions and warranties related to this product and service, whether express or implied, by law or otherwise, regardless of whether they arise from prior transactions, usage, or trade practices.
7.4. When notifying Prada about defects in this product, please contact the address of Prada specified in Article 13 below.
8. Returns and Refunds – Termination of Contract
8.1. Except for My Character products (hard) and sale items clearly marked as non-returnable, customers may cancel the contract for all or part of the ordered product and request the return of the product within 14 business days from the delivery date of the order. If the ordered product was delivered separately, the 14-day period will start from the delivery date of that product.
8.2. If the customer exercises the right of cancellation, they shall follow the procedures described in the return method enclosed with this product.
8.3. Customers may return items free of charge using the delivery service designated by Prada, provided that they follow the procedures outlined in the return method.
If you do not follow the procedures outlined in the return method, the costs associated with returning to Prada, as well as any loss, theft, damage, or delay during the return shipping, will be your responsibility.

8.6. The customer shall return the product for which they wish to request a return without undue delay, and in any case, return it within 14 days from the date they notify Prada of their wish to return part or all of the product.
8.7. This product must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, using the original packaging from the delivery. For hygiene reasons (including but not limited to products such as perfumes, underwear, makeup, and skincare products), if the seal label or cellophane, and/or the original packaging of the product has been opened, damaged, altered, or removed, the product cannot be returned. You must return the product in a condition that is undamaged, complete, unused or unworn, in the original packaging, with all labels, tags, and security tags accurately attached in the same places as they were at the time of delivery.
8.8. Prada will verify whether the packaging, labels, and condition of each product meet all the conditions and requirements stated above when returned.
8.9. Prada may refuse returns for this product if it is in a condition that indicates it has been used for purposes other than those strictly necessary to confirm the nature and characteristics of the product purchased by the customer, including damage, deterioration, or soiling.
8.10. In the event that a return is denied, Prada will send a specific notification to the customer, and the amount paid by the customer will not be refunded (Prada may claim compensation for damages caused by the customer.).
8.11. Prada will refund the amount of the returned product after the customer requests a refund and it is confirmed that the request is based on the required conditions.
The amount paid by the customer will be refunded using the same payment method as at the time of purchase, to the same card or account. However, if the customer selected cash on delivery as the payment method, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded by transferring it to the bank account specified by the customer.
8.13. If the customer selects credit card as the payment method, Prada will refund the amount paid by the customer within 7 business days from the completion of the refund request and confirmation under Article 8.11. If the customer selects cash on delivery as the payment method, Prada will (i) refund the amount paid by the customer by the 25th of the same month if the customer requests a refund between the 1st and the 15th and the confirmation under Article 8.11 is completed, and (ii) refund the amount paid by the customer by the 10th of the following month if the customer requests a refund between the 16th and the end of the month and the confirmation under Article 8.11 is completed. Prada is not responsible for the time taken by financial institutions to process the refund.
8.14. Prada will confirm your refund via email.
8.15. Prada is not obligated to refund any shipping costs paid by the customer for this product.
8.16. The return of this product under Article 8 is limited to products purchased on this website.
9. Exemption from liability for damages
Prada shall not be liable for any economic loss, loss of goodwill or reputation, or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase of the product sold on this site, or related to or arising from the use and access of this site, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9.2. Prada shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform or comply with its obligations under these purchase terms if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond Prada's reasonable control.
10. Authenticity of the Products and Intellectual Property Rights
10.1. Prada guarantees that all items sold on this website are authentic.
10.2. The "Prada" name, as well as all graphic and non-graphic trademarks, and more generally, other trademarks, illustrations, images, and logos on "Prada" products, including relevant accessories and/or all packaging (whether registered or not), are the exclusive property of Prada or the Prada Group companies (subsidiaries of Prada S.p.A, whether direct or indirect, as applicable) and will remain exclusive property. Any reproduction (in whole or in part), modification, or alteration or use of the name, illustrations, images, and logos is strictly prohibited for any reason or basis.
10.3. All content on this site (including but not limited to logos, text, data compilations, graphics, icons, images, photographs, audio clips, sounds, music, and software, as well as combinations thereof, hereinafter referred to as "Content") is owned or licensed by Prada (or Prada Group companies) and is protected by applicable copyright laws and copyright treaties worldwide. All rights related to the Content are owned by Prada.
10.4. Subject to compliance with this purchase agreement, Prada grants the customer a revocable, non-exclusive license to access this site and use it privately. However, the customer shall not do the following.
a) Use of this site in a manner that harms Prada's reputation
b) Use of this site for commercial or business purposes. This site is limited to personal use and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
c) The use of software, robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data collection or extraction tools, or any other actions that place excessive load on Prada's infrastructure.
10.5. Prada may, at any time and at its discretion, terminate the limited license in this Article 10 without prejudice to any other remedies it may have against the customer under applicable laws, for any reason whatsoever, including remedies for breach of these purchase terms.
10.6. Prada strives to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. However, Prada does not guarantee that the content or other information on this site is accurate and/or error-free, and Prada does not guarantee that there are no errors in the functions of this site or the content, nor that the servers that make this site, content, or its use possible are free from viruses, malicious code, or other harmful elements, and does not guarantee that this site has not been hacked. Prada recommends that all customers install the latest virus check software.
11. Conflict
11.1. These Purchase Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
11.2. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation and/or application of this purchase agreement, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance with agreed jurisdiction.
11.3. This purchase agreement is separable. If any provision of this purchase agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court, that provision shall be considered removed from this purchase agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
The data recorded on this site regarding your transactions and the purchase of this product shall be deemed to be a complete and accurate record for all purposes.
12. General Clauses
12.1. This purchase agreement (including any policies or documents referenced herein) constitutes the complete agreement and understanding between the customer and Prada regarding all matters related to the subject of this purchase agreement, and it shall take precedence over any prior agreements or understandings related to the same subject.
12.2. The failure of a party to exercise any authority or right shall not be deemed a waiver of such authority or right. The exercise of such authority or right shall not impair its future exercise or the exercise of any other authority or right. A waiver shall be invalid unless made in writing. A waiver of authority or right shall be effective only in relation to the specific case concerned or for the purpose for which the waiver was granted.

13.2. Prada may send notifications under these purchase terms to the email address provided by the customer. Such email shall be deemed to have been notified to the customer at the time it is sent from Prada's computer system.

Extradition period: |
Products will be shipped by Prada within 5 business days from the day following the date the order is received. Please note that if you place an order for pre-order items or My Character items only, or if your order includes pre-order items or My Character items, it will be delivered to you by the scheduled delivery date specified on the product page. Regardless of the above, if your order consists only of regular products, My Character products (soft), and sale items, you can choose to receive (i) the items in your order sequentially as they are ready for shipment, or (ii) receive your entire order at once. |

Regarding returns: |
Returns of this product will be accepted up to 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you, in accordance with the purchase terms. Please note that we cannot accept returns if the product is a sale item or a Myractor product (hard). Additionally, for hygiene reasons (including but not limited to perfumes, underwear, makeup, and skincare products), if this product, its seal label or cellophane, and/or original packaging has been opened, damaged, altered, or removed, the product cannot be returned. As long as you follow the procedures outlined in the purchase terms, we will collect the returned product free of charge. |

Regarding defective products: |
The warranty for defective products is subject to a formal request made in accordance with the purchase terms within 12 months from the date of delivery (for refunds or exchanges) or within 2 years (for repairs). As long as the customer follows the procedures based on the purchase terms, the shipping costs for returning defective products will be borne by us. |
