Delivery Timing: |
Products will be shipped within 5 business days from the day following the order acceptance date by Prada. Please note that for orders consisting only of pre-order products or My Character products, or orders including pre-order products or My Character products, delivery will be made to the customer by the expected delivery date specified on the product page. Notwithstanding the above, if the order consists only of regular products, My Character products (soft), and sale products, the customer can choose to receive (i) products ready for shipment in order, or (ii) receive the entire order at once at the time of ordering. |

Return Policy: |
Returns of this product will be accepted up to 14 days after the product is delivered to the customer, following the procedures based on the purchase terms. Please note that we cannot accept returns if the product is a sale item or a My Character product (hard). Additionally, for hygiene reasons (including but not limited to perfumes, underwear, makeup, skincare products), if the product, its seal label, or original packaging has been opened, damaged, altered, or removed, the product cannot be returned. As long as the customer follows the procedures based on the purchase terms, we will pick up the returned product free of charge. |

Defective Products: |
Warranty for defective products is conditional upon a formal request made within 12 months from the delivery date of the product (for refunds or exchanges) or within 2 years (for repairs), following the procedures based on the purchase terms. As long as the customer follows the procedures based on the purchase terms, we will bear the shipping costs for returning defective products. |
