We will work on appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholders. In this context, we believe that the appropriate distribution of profits and results generated through value co-creation and productivity improvement to multiple stakeholders is crucial for maintaining the momentum of wage increases and contributing to sustainable economic development. Therefore, we will advance the following initiatives, taking into account the importance of returning value to employees and considering our business partners.

Our company is committed to sustainable growth and productivity improvement in corporate management by focusing on the strategic allocation of management resources to growth areas, as well as the development of diverse employee capabilities and skill enhancement, with an emphasis on maximizing added value.
